Follow these steps immediately if approached at your home.

Entry Protocol
Priority: CriticalDO NOTOpen the door or step outside.
DORecord from inside your home.
Say This"I do not consent to entry."
- Step 02
Ask for identification
Request badge numbers and names through the closed door.
- Request badge numbers and names.
- Record or write down this information.
- Step 03
Demand to see a warrant
If they claim to have no warrant or you see it lacks a judge’s signature:
- Say: “I exercise my right to remain silent.”
- Say: “You cannot enter without my consent.”
- Keep the door closed.
If they claim to have a warrant:
- Request they slide it under the door or display it at a window.
- Photograph the warrant.
Check these four items:
Status: RequiredIssuing authority: Must be from a COURT, not Homeland Security or ICE.
Status: RequiredSubject identity: Your correct name and address must appear, not someone else’s.
Status: RequiredExpiration date: The “execute by” date must be within 14 days.
Status: RequiredSignature: A judge or magistrate must sign it, not an immigration officer.

If ICE enters your home
Priority: CriticalRecord these violations: force, violence, intimidation, lies, or excessive searching.
If you cannot film during the incident, record yourself describing what happened as soon as possible afterward.
Remember"I do not consent to any searches. I wish to remain silent. I want to speak with a lawyer."
