Frequently Asked Questions About Membership and Participation
To be eligible for membership in WCU, individuals must be in good standing and either reside, work, or attend school or church in San Joaquin County, California.
Members in good standing have paid their dues (with a 30-day grace period), attended at least one regular meeting per year, adhered to WCU’s values and mission, and have not engaged in behavior that violates WCU’s Code of Conduct.
WCU is fully funded by Member dues and donations. By not taking large donor or government grants, we are able to focus solely on our mission and the interests of the working class without external influence.
